Ma always wanted to join the military, but an infection and sepsis changed his plans. He had to amputate his legs, and his family faced financial difficulties due to medical expenses.

However, Ma didn’t lose hope. He decided to help his family by planting trees. Every day, at dawn, he rides his moped to work and plants trees.

It’s not easy for him, and he has faced dangerous situations and accidents, but he keeps going.

The local authorities recognized his noble act and paid off his debts, but Ma continues planting trees out of gratitude. He says he will keep doing it until his last day.

Despite the challenges, Ma’s dedication and strength inspire us all. His memory will live on through the thousands of trees he planted. He truly is a remarkable and strong-willed man!
