There are a lot of cases that children of famous people choose completely different profession and don’t follow their parents’ footsteps. Here is one of the cases.

The famous actor Louis de Funes had a son named Olivier. Dad thought he would become an actor like him, because he noticed good acting skills in him. Besides that, people around Olivier said he was attractive and could be successful in acting.  When Olivier was a little boy, Louis de Funes did his best to encourage him to become an actor. The father and the son starred in the film “Fantomas”.

However, Olivier felt that acting was not for him. He has always dreamed of heaven. But this was a little scary for his father. Louis de Funes did everything to prevent him from this. But Olivier was determined. He began to work as a pilot in the French airline, where he really succeeded.

In 2010, Olivier retired. Since then, Olivier has been dedicated to his family. Actually, he doesn’t like publicity.
