Vivien Leigh was a famous and beautiful actress in the history of cinema. However, her daughter, Susanna, always lived in the shadow of her famous mother.

Vivien had dreams of becoming an actress since she was young. At 18 years old, she entered an acting academy and met a lawyer named Herbert Lee Holman, who was older than her. They got married, and Vivien gave birth to their daughter, Susanna.

However, Vivien was mostly focused on her career and spent little time with Susanna. Her father and grandmother took care of her instead. Vivien eventually left her husband and remarried, but she didn’t pay much attention to Susanna.

Unfortunately, Vivien faced health issues such as tuberculosis and bipolar disorder, which prevented her from having more children. Susanna grew up without much love from her mother, although Vivien visited her occasionally.

During her teenage years, Susanna expressed her feelings of disappointment towards her mother. However, they later reconciled and became close again.

Susanna married Robin Farington, and they had three sons together. She chose to dedicate herself to her children, wanting to be different from her mother.

Vivien enjoyed being a grandmother and spending time with her grandchildren.

However, she passed away at a young age of 53. Susanna, on the other hand, lived a long and happy life, passing away six years ago at the age of 82.
