In recent years, more women are facing challenges in becoming mothers. Some struggle with infertility while others have multiple pregnancies. Our African protagonist, despite a rare genetic condition, gave birth to 44 children.

Doctors advised against birth control methods and she continued having pregnancies. Her father, who had 45 children from different women, played a role in her prolific nature. Mariam, our protagonist, had a difficult childhood with a stepmother who mistreated her.

She was married off at a young age and started having twins, triplets, and quadruplets. Despite the challenges, Mariam dreamed of having a big family like her father. She sought medical advice but was told it was impossible to prevent further pregnancies.

Eventually, she was diagnosed with hyperovulation syndrome. After giving birth to 44 children via cesarean section, she finally had her fallopian tubes tied.

Her husband disappeared when only half of their children were born, but she continues to care for her large family while working multiple jobs.

She remains positive, believing that love and care are essential for the well-being of her children.
